WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
You need to NOT have been sick with in the past 7 days of the time of Donation.
You need to Weigh more than 45Kg
You Need to drink lots of Fluids (water/juice) the day before and have at least 6 glasses of water and a meal within three hours of your donation.
You need to bring photo ID
This is an absolutely wonderful service so don't miss out on the blessing!
