Conference Rules & Regulations
	- All persons shall abide with the rules of the conference
	- All persons should bring their Bible & Agbia
	- All persons are expected to attend the all programmed sessions
	- No persons will organise any activity without the consent of the patron
	or organiser/s
	- Eating & drinking is allowed only in dining and recreation areas. No
	beverages are allowed in the dormitories or meeting and prayer areas.
	- At all times and under all conditions no alcohol, cigarettes, illegal
	drugs, ipods, mp3 players, disc mans stereo sets, radios, or any other
	similar appliances are allowed anywhere for the full duration of the
	conference
	- Orthodox traditions shall be observed and repeated with regards to
	clothing, attire, general appearance, language, gestures ... etc
	- Once at the conference site, no participant will be allowed to leave
	without the consent of the Patron Priest or organisers, unless prior
	approval has been granted
	- Late registrations may be refused
	- Payment must be made within 7 days of your registration. Your registration will be cancelled and you will have to re-register for the conference if you have not paid. If you have any queries please contact your COYA representative as soon as possible.
